Once we've had a chance to hear your thoughts, the planning begins. Clearing overgrown weeds, dead trees or dirt piles we sit back and look at the bare canvas to shape up solutions to suit you and your space: the new retaining wall; the kids play area or entertaining deck; the watering system, paving and planting...
With the plan approved, we bring in our hard hats and fluros, machines and people, and get down to it. We work together with you to bring the plan to life. Imagine lying in your bed at night listening to that irrigation popping up and spraying cool revitalising water across your newly primped and primed landscape.
This can simply be a verbal discussion and planning over... Coffee! It can be you supplying us with a plan from your builder or landscape designer to provide works as specified. It can be working together with you and our ‘Drafty’ to draw up a plan for you based on our on-site discussions.
We can clear trees, and cut your site, remove dirt and debris, and create a blank canvas for building and landscape commencement. We can drill holes, backfill and deliver soil and landscape supplies to site. We have the machines to complete this project for you, and suitably qualified and experienced trades to carry out these works safely and efficiently.
We can advise you on your best retaining wall options. There are many long lasting and durable retaining options in the marketplace now, that make great substitutes to commonly used timber, which never seemed to look great for long. As a structurally registered landscaper, we can install walls of a greater height than 800mm, and offer options to maximize the usable space within your boundary.
We work with local plant suppliers to advise you of the best plantings for your location, soil type, climate and water supply. What can be planted in landscapes in volcanic soil with a high annual rainfall, may not be the best plant selection for sandy soils of the Surf Coast.
There is no better sound than the sound of a pop up automatic sprinkler coming on at 10pm on a warm, still, summers night. With great planning, this is achievable in every landscape, and should be a necessity, especially if you have spent the dollars to achieve the landscape, as this purely is maintenance at the press of a button.
